How To Create A Facebook Landing Page (New for 2011)

After March 11, 2011 Facebook is stopping the ability for users to create tabs with FBML. You will now need to create your facebook landing page using the new Static HTML: iFrame tabs application.  This video will demonstrate how to create a Facebook welcome page using this method. If you already have an FBML landing page setup, don’t worry, this change will not affect you. This change will affect those who are just starting to create a new landing page after March 11, 2011.

Using the new HTML method will give you the ability to create more dynamic and engaging content on your facebook landing page by allowing you to include things like, videos, pictures and newsletter signups.  In addition you will also have the ability to create a welcome page for both fans and non-fans.
