Senate Bill Passes that Mandates Gay History in Schools

On Thursday April 14, 2011 a landmark bill passed that would mandate gay, lesbian, bisexuals and transgender people to be included in social studies lessons taught in public schools. If the bill is adopted by the state Assembly and signed by Gov. Jerry Brown then starting in the 2013-14 school year, public school text books or other instructional materials will be prohibited from reflecting adversely on gay, bisexual and transgender Americans. Good luck on trying to get a bible into the school if that bill is adopted.

Currently, in public school, sex education is being tought to kids in the 4th and 5th grades and now they are even teaching gay sex education. Man, it's tough to be a kid nowadays.  As homeschoolers aren't you glad your kids are not in the public school system?
